Quality control measure is the primary criterion of any standard material. The performance of a product will only be sustainable if its quality is properly controlled through conducting standard tests in a well equipped laboratory. It is also ture in case of construction system where huge amount of construction materials are used involving lot of investment. Housing and Building Research Institute has the laboratories to facilitate all sort of standard tests according to the specification. A few of the available tests and their costs are indicated below.
